I am very sorry to hear of Wilfrids passing.I have known Wilfrid for close to 30 years and we met at Prescriptive and Fitness Gym on 54th Street and the first thing I remembered was his size and that unique deep voice.I always told him he should do voice overs for radio or TV AKA the next James Earl Jones. When you get older we all lose friends and family and it's never easy,we worked together on and off over the years doing private security and facilities.I am so sorry and very sad but I am very grateful for him being in my life, rest in peace big fella John Croghan 917 566 4086

For Wilfrid’s family. I was a personal training client of Wilfrid’s maybe 16 years ago, and we worked together for a year or so. He was the ultimate professional, and not only did I learn so much from him about fitness but his joy was just infectious, and between sets, he’d talk with such happiness about his family and building the house in the DR. A truly great man I was fortunate to have known for that brief period. We had lost touch over the years and I just searched his name now to recommend him to a friend for training when I shockingly found this. Sending much love to his family and everyone who knew Wilfrid, we’re all a little bit better to have known him.
