Im so sorry for the loss of my cousin Aris

Aris was such a fun, energetic spirit. The last time I saw him Ana and I were trying to take his braids out cause he was going to shave his head cause of the horrible job the woman did. He just thanked us profusely with his funny personality. He will truly be missed.

Aris was much more than a friend, he was the father of the two greatest gifts in my life, his children and my Grandbabies, Phoenix and Makaio. I will always have the sweet and fun memories of our times together when I visited NYC, and him opening my world to amazing cuisine that he wanted to share with me. He was such a foodie! But more than that, we had really heartfelt conversations that I’ll always remember. He truly blessed my life. Today my heart is broken.

A father, a son, a brother and more you are soo sooo loved and we miss you extremely. A man of many talents, humorous and loving! I will never forget everything you’ve done for me and that laugh of yours will live in my head rent free lol ? ! Visiting NYC will never be the same without you. Rest in paradise, til we meet again cuzzo ! Send a big hug to abuelo and amparo for me.

I met Aris when I was younger and grew up around Rina and the family. I am so honored to have met such a beautiful soul, memories flash back now like a peaceful book. Your laugh and smile was contagious and always up lifting. Thank you for leaving behind your footprints on this earth, you are no longer suffering with worldly things and are now with our Heavenly Father. May your soul rest in peace and look over your loved ones. Your legacy still lives on. Love always, Kimberly.

I have very fond memories of Aris, Lissette and Rina. They were very kind to me when I first moved here from Jamaica many years ago. I was young and far from home and they opened their home to me and it was a comfort to me to be around family that felt like my own. I remember Aris’ easy smile, his infectious laugh and his beautiful spirit. His light will be missed in this world. My heart and prayers go out to the family.

This cuts deep. We met in college and dated for years. You always made sure I had a ride home from work late at night. Somehow you always came through even though you didn’t have your own car. You knew where to go, what to do, what to eat and how to make me smile. You are a family man which is something I always loved about you. Family came first and my heart breaks for them. No matter what you were going through, you always took the time to help the people you cared about. You were a provider to the fullest. Please keep playing music in Heaven. We are listening ? The last time we were in the car together, you said “notice how I’ve beeped but now ones beeped at me” You had a way of driving through life purposefully without inconveniencing anyone. You owned the road and you own so many peoples hearts ?? Keep driving fearlessly

Ari ahhh man my brother my friend . The vibe I had meeting you the first time was such a gentleman . At first when you said you did music I didn’t believe it . I was like wow amazing . I could call you at anytime you pick up the phone . You had an amazing heart soul and spirt . It saddens me to say the good die young . Losing you in my life like a blade cut me . I’m saddened by your death but your memory will live on . Godbless you brother . Be good in heaven !!) love and miss you ???
