Jim was the assistant superintendent at the building I live in. Through the many years he worked there, Jim became every tenant's help-mate. He was always friendly, caring and knowledgeable, able to fix anything needed. We'd joke, laugh and discuss food, sports and family. I'll remember his smile and the windbreaker jacket he wore. I will miss his easeful nature and generosity. Rest in peace dear friend. Hugs and prayers to his family.
