Obituary of Modesta Morales

Modesta was born January 12th, 1926 in Santurce, Puerto Rico
As a young woman, she established her home in the Hell's Kitchen area of Manhattan, where she lived for the past 80 years.
Modesta was a pillar of her community, having worked as a social worker, helping those who could not advocate for themselves. ALL who knew her loved her, as she was one of the world's kindest, gentlest souls. She touched so many lives in the smallest of ways, but ways that made a big difference in those she blessed with her friendship and smile.
Married with three children, she is survived by her daughters Nelly and Maritza. Her sons in law, Tony and Jeff, daughter in law Gaby, and her grandchildren, Andre, Samantha, and Lucas, as well as her great-grandson Jaydon. She is now with her beloved son Randy, who passed away in April 2020.
She is forever in our hearts.
