So sorry to hear of Michael’s passing. I am honored to have met him when he and my dad shared a room at physical rehab on the west side. Michael’s sense of humor and positive attitude throughout his illness was so inspiring. I wish his friends and family love at this sad time

I took care of Michael as a nursing assistant for almost two years. Michael once told me that I will never forget him when he goes. And he was right. Michael was a person of compassion and resilience. He wanted to me to make sure that that his Christmas tree is well taken care off because he wants to remember and celebrate Christmas for as long as he lives. There isn’t a time of day that I don’t think of him. He is always in my prayers. And I am very certain that he also prays for me. May the angels guide your path Michael, and may the prayers of the saints carry you home into the light that never fades Rest In Peace I will one day see you again! Make sure there is a big party and lots of martini
