June was my bff as you always told everyone. We were neighbors that became so close due to our shared love of Broadway. She always said I was the brother she never had. I loved her in all her ups and downs. A woman of valor. Grandmaas I always teased heryou will be so missed but never fear you left your mark on the world and especially on me (and my husband JR)! Love you!

June was a dear friend of many years. She was a tried and true faithful friend and a deeply principled woman. Generous, trustworthy and reliable to a fault. June was wildly opinionated but her love for her fellow human-beings overruled her opinions. Her favorite song was Let There Be Peace On Earth. I am a better person for having had her as a friend. My heart is heavy and the loss of a precious friend is a major blow. I'm so grateful to have spent quality time with her the night before she transitioned. I'm happy to share with you all that she was happy, playful and we laughed and sang and talked about the good things that lie ahead in the future. June was more than a friend to me she was a big sister and I loved her and love her very much. Rest In Heavenly Peace. With God as our Father, Brothers all are we, let me walk with my brother in perfect harmonyLet there be peace on earth and let it begin with me!

I have had the great pleasure of spending many fun times with June over the last 20 years or so. She is a very warm, loving person and always had a great zest for life. She loved her friends dearly and had a great love for Broadway, maybe her greatest love of all.
Till we meet again dear friend. May your memory be a blessing.

I didn't really know June but she was ever present in our building. Always willing to stop and chat, walking her dog, sharing her home and view with anyone who wanted to stop by. I'm sad that I won't see her face anymore.
