Obituary of Errol Oliver Robotham

I lived in the building where Errol worked as a doorman for 40 years. Errol literally saw each of my three children take their first steps into the world outdoors. We moved out of the building in 2008, but I still passed by the building almost daily, and Errol would always comment to me about how he would see my kids walk past and marvel at having watched them sprout up from infants. He had a big heart and always had a welcoming smile for everyone who crossed his path. He rode his bike to work through rain, snow, freezing weather and punishing heat. He was a wonderful man. The world lost a gem of a man.
